Mentorship Shapes First Field Mission for DPAA Forensic Anthropologist

Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Conducts Repatriation Ceremony in Vietnam

U.S. Army Lt. Col. Travis Walter, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Detachment 2 commander, and General Nguyen Ba Thang, Vietnamese Office for Seeking Missing Persons, sign transfer documents before a repatriation ceremony in Vietnam, April 19, 2025. The ceremony marked the culmination of the efforts of three recovery teams to recover U.S. personnel unaccounted for during the Vietnam War.
