A Vietnam War veteran makes a name rubbing at The Wall That Heals Vietnam Veterans Memorial while assisted by a volunteer at the University of Hawaiʻi – West Oʻahu, Jan. 14.The Wall That Heals is a three-quarter scale traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., that honors the more than 58,000 service members who lost their lives during the Vietnam War.
