Dr. Debra Prince Zinni, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency laboratory director and supervisory forensic anthropologist, briefs about the collaboration and complexities that are involved in transporting human remains across international borders during the fourth Scientific Summit in Milan, Italy, Sept. 17, 2025. The event was co-hosted by DPAA and the University of Milan, Laboratory of Forensic Anthropology and Odontology.
