Members of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) render honors during a chain of custody event for the remains of U.S. Navy Fire Controlman 1st Class Hubert P. Clement at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Oct. 11, 2022. Clement was assigned to the USS Oklahoma when the ship was attacked by Japanese aircraft during World War II.
