WWII Vet Receives Medals After 70 Years
Charles Wolf, a World War ll veteran, smiles after a surprise ceremony held in his honor, at the Pearl Harbor Education Center, Hawaii, May 6, 2016. Wolf was presented a shadow box containing awards and medals by Brig. Gen. Mark Spindler, Deputy Director of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA). After 72 years Wolf received the recognition he deserved for serving his country so many years ago.
