Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) members conduct an honorable carry ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Feb. 1, 2024. The ceremony oversaw the transfer of possible osseous material obtained during a partner mission in the Marshall Islands.
