U.S. and Republic of Korea military and government officials conduct a repatriation ceremony at the Ministry of National Defense Agency for Killed in Action Recovery Identification (MAKRI) headquarters in Seoul, Feb. 23, 2023. Accepting the remains on behalf of the U.S., was Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Director, Kelly McKeague. The remains will be transported to the DPAA laboratory for further scientific analysis.
